INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Suji / Semolina
  1. Roast In Low Flame
  2. Roast For 7-8 Min.
  3. It Will Lightly Change the Colour
  4. Turn Off the Flame
  • ¾ Cup Milk Powder (Add Gradually)
  1. Turn On the Flame
  2. Cook For 1 Min.

Making Sugar Syrup:

  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water
  1. Let It Boil
  2. Add Semolina Gradually
  3. Mix Well
  4. Cook For 5 Min.
  5. It Will Be Separate From the Pan
  • ¼ Tspn Baking Soda
  1. Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
  2. Place a Baking Paper
  3. Pour
  4. Spread
  5. Set It For 1 Hour
  6. Remove From the Mould
