INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- ½ Cup Ghee
- 1 Cup Suji / Semolina
- Roast In Low Flame
- Roast For 7-8 Min.
- It Will Lightly Change the Colour
- Turn Off the Flame
- ¾ Cup Milk Powder (Add Gradually)
- Turn On the Flame
- Cook For 1 Min.
Making Sugar Syrup:
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Water
- Let It Boil
- Add Semolina Gradually
- Mix Well
- Cook For 5 Min.
- It Will Be Separate From the Pan
- ¼ Tspn Baking Soda
- Grease Oil on 5 Inch Mould
- Place a Baking Paper
- Pour
- Spread
- Set It For 1 Hour
- Remove From the Mould
