Learn how to make traditional Uzbek plov outdoors. Plov (also known as pilaf) is a traditional rice dish in Uzbekistan. Plov is usually made with lamb, beef, lots of carrots, onions and whole garlic head. After trying a lot of rice dishes around the world, I can tell that plov is my favourite rice dish. If you've never tried Plov, I highly recommend it.
