Chicken lollipop
INGREDIENTS
- 250g boneless chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ red onion
- Cilantro
- 1 cup carrot
- 3 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 masala sachet
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Cheese
- Lollipop sticks
METHOD
- Pour the boneless chicken, salt, pepper, chili flakes, chili powder, garlic paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, carrot, bread slices, cilantro, an egg, and red onion, and blend very well in a bowl.
- Add masala, and cornflour and mix well until you get a paste.
- Place some cheese squares on some lollipop sticks and top with the chicken paste to form little lollipops.
- Mix water with cornstarch. Cover each lollipop with that mixture and top with breadcrumbs. Fry until golden.
