Chicken lollipop


  • 250g boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Β½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ΒΌ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Β½ red onion
  • Cilantro
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1 masala sachet
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • Cheese
  • Lollipop sticks


  1. Pour the boneless chicken, salt, pepper, chili flakes, chili powder, garlic paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, carrot, bread slices, cilantro, an egg, and red onion, and blend very well in a bowl.
  2. Add masala, and cornflour and mix well until you get a paste.
  3. Place some cheese squares on some lollipop sticks and top with the chicken paste to form little lollipops.
  4. Mix water with cornstarch. Cover each lollipop with that mixture and top with breadcrumbs. Fry until golden.
