Mini crumble pies

INGREDIENTS

300g (2 ½ cups) flour 5g (1 tsp) baking powder 150g (¾ cup) sugar 150g butter 2 eggs 10ml (1 tbsp) vanilla 200g hazelnut cream 100g chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add butter, eggs, and vanilla. Knead the dough.
  2. Add chocolate chips and mix.
  3. Arrange the dough in the molds. Pour hazelnut cream in the middle and sprinkle with pieces of dough on top.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve.
