Mini crumble pies
INGREDIENTS
300g (2 ½ cups) flour 5g (1 tsp) baking powder 150g (¾ cup) sugar 150g butter 2 eggs 10ml (1 tbsp) vanilla 200g hazelnut cream 100g chocolate chips
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add butter, eggs, and vanilla. Knead the dough.
- Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Arrange the dough in the molds. Pour hazelnut cream in the middle and sprinkle with pieces of dough on top.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve.
