Morning Glory Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
60mL Scotch Whiskey
5mL Absinthe
22.5mL Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
1/2 Egg White
Dash of Soda
Instructions
- Dry shake the egg white
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda, to your cocktail shaker
- Shake then add the soda to your chilled collins glass
- Double strain
- Garnish with star anise
