INGREDIENTS
- 400g puff pastry
- 100g cheese slices
- 100g ham slices
- 1 beaten egg
METHOD
- Cut several medium discs of puff pastry, cheese, and ham.
- Place a disk of puff pastry, one of ham, one of cheese, and another of puff pastry.
- Make 8 cuts without reaching the center. Turn each cut to the same side to form a windmill. Place the pastries on a tray and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180Β°C (356ΒΊF).
