Pastry sunflowers

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g puff pastry
  • 100g cheese slices
  • 100g ham slices
  • 1 beaten egg

METHOD

  1. Cut several medium discs of puff pastry, cheese, and ham.
  2. Place a disk of puff pastry, one of ham, one of cheese, and another of puff pastry.
  3. Make 8 cuts without reaching the center. Turn each cut to the same side to form a windmill. Place the pastries on a tray and brush with beaten egg.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180Β°C (356ΒΊF).
