Deep fried strawberries with chocolate

You won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS

• 10-12 strawberries
• 150g melted chocolate
• 1 egg
• 240ml (1 cup) of milk
• 50g (1/4 cup) sugar
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 200g (1 1/2 cups) flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Powdered sugar

METHOD

1. In a bowl mix together egg with sugar, milk, olive oil, vanilla extract, and salt, and sift in flour and baking powder.
2. Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate, let it harden in the freezer, dip into the prepared dough and fry until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
