Peel The Mango
Grate
1 Tbsp Panch Phoran
1 Tspn Cumin
Roast In Low Flame
Roast For 1 Min.
Crush The Spices
½ Cup Masturd Oil
Grated Mangoes
Cook For 5 Min.
Crushed Spices
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
Black Salt As Per Taste
Cook In Low Flame
Cook Until The Water Dry Out
It Will Take 15-20 Min.
