Ingredients
2.7in diameter ramekin
ā—Heat Treat Flour: easy- to- make amount
150g All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
ā‘ Spread the flour on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160ā„ƒ for 14 minutes.
ā‘”Cool flour completely.
ā‘¢When completely cooled, place in a ziplock bag, add baking powder and mix well.
*Store in airtight container or jar with lid.
*Once your flour is heat treated you can use it in any no-bake recipe that calls for flour!

ā—Oreo cake
10g butter (salted or unsalted is fine)
20g chocolate
25g Milk
2 Oreoā€™s, finely crushed
20g Heat Treat Flour
ā‘ In a bowl, heat butter, chocolate, and milk in a microwave oven at 600w for 30 seconds and mix well.
ā‘”Add crushed Oreos and baked flower and mix well.
ā‘¢Cover with fluffy plastic wrap and heat at 600w for 50 seconds.
ā‘£Remove the plastic wrap and place half of the Oreos on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
