Crispy fried onions
INGREDIENTS
4-5 red onions 100g (3/4 cup) of flour 1 tsp of salt 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika
METHOD
- Chop onions into little pieces, rinse and dry them.
- Mix onions with flour and transfer to the baking pan, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
