INGREDIENTS

4-5 red onions 100g (3/4 cup) of flour 1 tsp of salt 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika

METHOD

  1. Chop onions into little pieces, rinse and dry them.
  2. Mix onions with flour and transfer to the baking pan, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
