Vegan Salted Egg Tofu
Ingredients:
- 400g firm tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
- salt and pepper
air fry at 190°C for 15 minutes, flip halfway through
"Salted Egg" Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- annatto seeds
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/8 tsp black salt
- 1/4 tsp mushroom powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk ( adjust to your preference if you want to have a thicker or thinner sauce)
- chili flakes
- spring onion
