Savory bows


  • 2 rolls of puff pastry
  • Tomato sauce
  • Parmesan
  • Oregano
  • Egg wash
  • Salt


  1. Coat the puff pastry with tomato sauce, parmesan, and oregano.
  2. Cover it with another puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  3. Squeeze the rectangles in the middle and form a bow. Arrange the bows in a baking tray and coat with egg.
  4. Sprinkle salt over the bows.
  5. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
