Savory bows
INGREDIENTS
- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- Tomato sauce
- Parmesan
- Oregano
- Egg wash
- Salt
METHOD
- Coat the puff pastry with tomato sauce, parmesan, and oregano.
- Cover it with another puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
- Squeeze the rectangles in the middle and form a bow. Arrange the bows in a baking tray and coat with egg.
- Sprinkle salt over the bows.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
