Limoncello and strawberries tiramisu

INGREDIENTS

250g strawberries 250g mascarpone 50g (ΒΌ cup) sugar 200g (1 cup) custard 100ml (2/5 cup) whipping cream Ladyfingers 250ml (1 cup) limoncello 250ml (1 cup) water

METHOD

  1. Cut strawberries into pieces. Whisk in the mascarpone and sugar.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whipping cream, add the custard, then the mascarpone and sugar. Whisk well.
  3. Dip biscuits in a mixture of water and limoncello. Arrange them on a plate.
  4. Using a cookie syringe, pour the cream over the biscuit. Arrange strawberries on it. Repeat everything one more time. Serve.
