Pork loin skewers

INGREDIENTS

500g pork loin Breadcrumbs 3 eggs Ham Cheese slices Salt Olive oil

METHOD

  1. Thin the pork and salt on both sides. Put ham and cheese on it and make rolls.
  2. Put the rolls in the beaten eggs, and then in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Stab three rolls on three parallel skewers.
  4. Cut the rolls and make three separate skewers. Arrange the skewers in a baking tray and pour over the oil.
  5. Bake at 360°F/180°C for about 30 minutes. Serve.
