Mango Chilli Wings
Preparation of Marinade
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 500 gms Chicken Wings
- 2 tsp Oil
Baking the Wings
Bake for 25-30 mins at 165°C
Preparation of Mango Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1-inch Ginger (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Mango Pulp
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 2 tbsp Jaggery
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt (as required)
For the Mayo-Garlic Dipping Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt (as required)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Baking the Wings after applying Mango Sauce
Bake for 5 mins at 165°C
