INGREDIENTS
Cherry tomatoes Garlic Fresh basil Salt 2 glass jars Oregano White wine vinegar Olive oil Slice of bread
METHOD
- Cut several garlic cloves into thin slices. Place in two glass jars.
- Add fresh basil leaves, salt, oregano, a splash of white wine vinegar, and olive oil. Cut several cherry tomatoes in half and form a layer of several tomatoes in the jar.
- Add more garlic, fresh basil, salt, and oregano, and fill with olive oil. Boil the jars for 30 minutes to seal.
- Serve with bread.
