Fried eggplant cubes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggplants
- Flour
- 2 eggs
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oil for frying
METHOD
- Cut the eggplants into small cubes and cover them with flour. Then transfer them to the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. And finally, pass them to the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in deep oil until they are golden brown and crunchy.
