Fried eggplant cubes


  • 2 eggplants
  • Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying


  1. Cut the eggplants into small cubes and cover them with flour. Then transfer them to the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. And finally, pass them to the breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in deep oil until they are golden brown and crunchy.
