Besan Laddu

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ¼ Cup Ghee
  • 2 Cup Besan/ Gram Flour
  1. Roast In Low Flame
  2. Roast For 5 Min.
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  1. Stir Continuously
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • Add 1 Tbsp Ghee
  1. Roast For Total 15 Min.
  2. Gram Flour Release the Ghee
  3. Cool Down For 5-7 Min.
  • ½ Cup Powder Sugar
  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  1. Mix Well
  2. Make Laddo
  3. Pistachio on Top
