Striped cookies
How to cook Striped cookies:

INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 130g (1 cup) powdered sugar
- 250g (1 cup) oil
- 5g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
- 4g (2 tsp) lemon zest
- 450g (3 cups) flour
- 5g (1 tsp) baking powder
- Sugar (for coating)
METHOD
- In a bowl whisk eggs with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour in oil and whisk well.
- Stir in vanilla sugar and lemon zest.
- Gradually add flour and baking powder and mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 24 small balls, then roll each ball into a small cylinder shape.
- Coat one side of the shape in sugar. Press it on a side of the skimmer, to make stripes. Continue with the remaining pastry.
- Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 10-12 minutes at 175Β°C / 350Β°F.
