Zucchini white parmigiana

INGREDIENTS
- 4 zucchini (large)
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 350g of mozzarella
- 150g of cheese
- 250g of cooked ham
- 30g (1/4 cup) of parmesan cheese
METHOD
- Cut the zucchini to the length into 2 mm thick slices. Arrange them in a tray, sprinkle them with coarse salt and let them rest for 20 minutes so that they bring out their vegetation water.
- Oil a cake mold (22x15 cm - mold size) and make the first layer of zucchini. Add a little salt and arrange the mozzarella cubes, a few cubes of scamorza cheese, and 2-3 slices of cooked ham on top.
- Then proceed with a second layer and gradually with the others until you finish the ingredients. For the last layer add only the mozzarella and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
