ChocoBar Ice Cream

Ingredients

For Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 cup fresh Cream
  • 200 gms "Nestle MILKMAID"
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

For Chocolate Coating

  • 5-6 any Chocolate cookie, crushed
  • ¾ cup Dark chocolate, melted
  • 10 ml Refined oil
  • 5-6 Almonds, chopped
  • Chocolate, sprinkler

Process

For Vanilla Ice Cream

  • In a saucepot, add fresh cream and give it a quick boil.
  • Add milkmaid and cook for a while. Switch off the flame.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix it well.
  • Add crushed cookies and mix well.
  • Pour the Prepared mixture into the ice tray and keep it in the freezer for at least 3 to 4 hours or freeze until well set.

For Chocolate Coating

  • In the same chocolate bowl, add oil and place the bowl into the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Or else boil on a double boiler.
  • Once the chocolate melts properly then keep it aside for further use.
  • With the help of a stick, dip the Prepared choco bar into the melted chocolate and garnish with chopped almonds, sprinklers, chocolate vermicelli.
  • Serve cold.
