Cheese fritters

INGREDIENTS

100ml (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) whole milk 1 large egg, room temperature 1 tsp salt 125g (1 Β½ cup) grated cheese 100g crumbled feta cheese Β½ bunch chopped parsley 1 tsp baking soda 250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour

METHOD

  1. In a large mixing bowl place the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Stir in the chopped parsley, feta cheese, grated cheese, egg, and whole milk.
  3. Mix until a soft dough is formed.
  4. Transfer the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out for about ΒΌ inch thickness. Cut rectangular shapes and fry them in hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve while still warm and enjoy.
