Ice cream pineapple slices
How to cook Ice cream pineapple slices:

Pineapple 200ml cream 150ml condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt Grated coconut
- Cut off the top end of a pineapple. Use a cutter to remove the center of the pineapple, dry the skin and freeze for 2 hours
- Pour the pineapple into a blender, and add condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Whip cream and pour in the pineapple mixture, mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pineapple shell. Freeze for 6 hours.
- Cut the pineapple in 4 vertically and each piece into several slices. Cover the edges of each slice with grated coconut.
