Meat skewers in puff pastry
INGREDIENTS
- 400g puff pastry
- 450g minced meat
- 10g salt
- 5g black pepper
- 100g onion
- 1 egg
- 250g pressed cheese
- 1 beaten egg
METHOD
- Cut the pastry dough sheet into strips.
- Combine the minced meat with salt in a bowl and add black pepper, chopped onion, and 1 egg to it.
- Cut the pressed cheese into rectangles. Insert a stick through the rectangle of cheese, then roll the meat around it. Then roll the pastry strips around the meat and using a brush apply a beaten egg.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
