Easy and creamy Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 5.9inch (15cm)square Cake Pan or round Cake Pan
  • 200g Cream cheese
  • (microwave 600w/ 30 sec)
  • 60g Sugar
  • 1 Egg (60g)
  • 150g Heavy Whipping cream
  • 10g Lemon juice
  • 15g Cornstarch(or flour)

Directions

Preparation:

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
①Place softened Cream Cheese and Sugar in a bowl, and mix well.
②Add Egg,Cream, Lemon Juice and sifted cornstarch and mix well until smooth.
③Pour it into the cake pan.
④Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
⑤Allow to cool completely.
⑥Refrigerate for 3 hours (If possible, overnight). Done!
*Let sit in the fridge overnight, and it'll be so delicious the next day
