Aloo tikki

Ingredients:

  • POTATO 3 NOS. (BOILED)
  • GREEN CHILLIES 1-2 NOS. (CHOPPED)
  • CUMIN SEEDS1 TSP
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • CORN FLOUR 1-2 TBSP
  • OIL 1 TSP
  • GHEE 1-2 TBSP

Masale waale chole

Inredients:

  • KABULI CHANA 1 CUP (SOAKED & COOKED)
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • CORIANDER POWDER 1 TBSP
  • YELLOW CHILLI POWDER 1-2 TSP
  • DRY MANGO POWDER 1 TBSP
  • GARAM MASALA 1 TSP
  • GINGER 2 INCH (JULIENNE)
  • GHEE 4 TBSP
  • FRESH CORIANDER A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)

Matar ki chaat

Ingredients:

  • WHITE VATANA 1 CUP (SOAKED AND COOKED)
  • GHEE 2 TBSP
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • CORIANDER SEEDS 1 TSP (CRUSHED)
  • RED CHILLI FLAKES 1 TSP
  • LEMON JUICE1 TSP

Dahi Bhalle

Ingredients:

  • Bhalle
  • YELLOW MOONG DAL 1/2 CUP
  • URAD DAL 1 CUP
  • WATER VERY LITTLE
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • RASINS 1/4 CUP
  • CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
  • GREEN CHILLIES 1-2 NOS. (CHOPPED)
  • GINGER 1 INCH (GRATED)
  • WATER AS REQUIRED (LUKEWARM)
