Crunchy Olive oil Cookies

Ingredients 16 Cookies

20g Milk
25g Olive oil
35g Light brown sugar
●110g Cake flour
●2g Baking powder
Directions
①Put milk and oil in a bowl and mix until combined.
②Add light brown sugar.It should be a smooth cream.
③Sift cake flour, baking powder, and over the mixture.
④Use a spatula to fold it until you don’t see almost flour left.
⑤Sandwich the dough between parchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of 02in and cut it into 16 equal triangles.
⑥Use the thicker tip of a bamboo skewer to prick holes into them.
Let it sit in a freezer for 15 minutes.Preheat oven to 338 °F/170℃.
⑦Place on the prepared tray and bake for 14 minutes or until nicely browned.
⑧Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Please store them in a closed contain.
