Honey Garlic Chicken
This honey garlic chicken bites recipe is ridiculously so good! The chicken is so tender juicy, cooked an a flavor packed honey garlic sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb chicken breast
- salt & black pepper to your taste (i used almost 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper)
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 Tbs olive oil, maybe a little more
- 2 Tbs butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs rice vinegar ( rice wine vinegar)
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 tsp hot sauce
