INGREDIENTS

  • 5 slices of bread
  • 30g (1/4 cup) of parmesan
  • 80g of ham
  • 100g of cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt

METHOD

  1. Cut the bread into slices and remove the middle part. Cut the middle part into small pieces to prepare for the stuffing mixture.
  2. In a bowl add the pieces of the middle part of the bread, parmesan, ham, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix all well with the spoon.
  3. Transfer the bread pieces with the outer part into the non-stick pan and fill the middle part with the prepared mixture. Fry on both sides until they are golden brown.
