Preparation of Chilli Paste

  • 10-15 Dry Red Chillies (soaked)
  • 6-8 Garlic Cloves
  • 1-inch Ginger (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Shallots

Preparation of Marination

  • 5 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Corn Flour
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Water (as required)

For Chillies & Curry Leaves Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 6-8 Green Chillies (slit)
  • 1/4 cup Curry Leaves

For Coconut Garnish

  • 1 cup Coconut (grated)

For Frying the Chicken

  • Coconut Oil

For Plating

  • Lime Wedges
