An extremely simple and healthy dosa recipe prepared with jowar flour and assorted spices and herbs. It's basically an extension of the popular rava dosa recipe where semolina flour is replaced with jowar and all the other ingredients remain the same. The recipe post also contains a spicy red chutney recipe which makes it an ideal breakfast combo meal but can be served with any spicy chutney.
