INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- ½ Cup Mango Puree
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tspn Agar Agar Powder
- 1 & ½ Cup Water
Mix Well
Let It Boil
Boil For 5 Min.
Pour in a Mould
Cool Down
Keep In Fridge For 30 Min.
Boil Some Water
- 1/3 Cup Washed Tapioca
Cook Until Transparent
Strain
Wash with water
Cut Into Pieces
- ½ Cup Mango Puree
- 1/3 Cup Powder Sugar
- 2 Cup Boiled Chilled Milk
Mix Well
Jelly Pieces
Cooked Tapioca
- 2 Tbsp Nuts
Mix
