Hard boiled fried eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • Water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Ice
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Flour
  • Vegetable oil

METHOD

  1. Boil water, add the vinegar, and cook 4 eggs for 5 minutes.
  2. Add ice to a bowl with cold water to cool the eggs. Then peel them. Coat each egg with flour, beaten egg, more flour, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry until golden, keeping the yolk runny.
