INGREDIENTS
- Water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Ice
- Breadcrumbs
- Egg
- Flour
- Vegetable oil
METHOD
- Boil water, add the vinegar, and cook 4 eggs for 5 minutes.
- Add ice to a bowl with cold water to cool the eggs. Then peel them. Coat each egg with flour, beaten egg, more flour, and breadcrumbs.
- Fry until golden, keeping the yolk runny.
