Mango Jelly Pudding

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Mango Puree
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tspn Agar Agar Powder
  • 2 Cup Water
  1. Mix Well
  2. Let It Boil
  3. Boil For 5 Min.
  4. Pour in a Mould
  5. Cool Down
  6. Keep in Fridge For 30 Min.
  7. Cut Into Pieces
  8. Keep Aside
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tspn Agar Agar Powder
  1. Let It Boil
  2. Cool Down For 5 Min.
  3. Spread Jelly on 9 Inch Mould
  4. Pour Milk
  5. Spread Jelly
  6. Keep in Fridge For 2 Hours
