3 Breakfasts Ideas

"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day"... I'm quite a big believer in having a decent breakfast and when it comes to TikTok there are lots of quirky recipes on there to get some inspiration! We've tested a few already, including pesto eggs, which was surprisingly good! In this video we try making overnight weetabix - imagine a healthy cheesecake you can have for breakfast, quiche bagels and baked yoghurt toast. All very quirky in their own way but it was a nice way to spend the day on my own.

Ingredients list:

Overnight weetabix

  • 3 Weetabix
  • 2tbsp coffee granules,
  • 4tbsp maple syrup
  • 50g greek yoghurt
  • 50g soft cheese
  • 2tbsp peanut butter, smooth ideally plus extra tbsp to serve
  • 1 banana, mashed

Quiche Bagels

  • 2 Bagels, flavour of your choice, halved
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cooked bacon, sliced fine
  • 100g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1tbsp single cream
  • Handful chives, chopped

Yoghurt Toast

  • 125ml Yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
  • ½tsp cinnamon
  • 1 lemon, zest only
  • 4 slices of bread
  • A few strawberries sliced thinly
