Bread pound cake
INGREDIENTS
- Tramezzino bread
- Grilled zucchini
- Mozzarella cheese
- Ham
- Bechamel sauce
- Parmesan
- Butter
METHOD
- Coat the baking tin with butter. Arrange the tramezzino bread in the mold. Coat the bread with bechamel sauce.
- Arrange mozzarella cheese, ham, and grilled zucchini. Repeat the arranging one more time.
- Place the mold in the oven at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes.
- Remove the mold and turn the bread over on a baking sheet.
- Coat with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with parmesan on top. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
