Bread pound cake

INGREDIENTS

  • Tramezzino bread
  • Grilled zucchini
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Ham
  • Bechamel sauce
  • Parmesan
  • Butter

METHOD

  1. Coat the baking tin with butter. Arrange the tramezzino bread in the mold. Coat the bread with bechamel sauce.
  2. Arrange mozzarella cheese, ham, and grilled zucchini. Repeat the arranging one more time.
  3. Place the mold in the oven at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the mold and turn the bread over on a baking sheet.
  5. Coat with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with parmesan on top. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
