Cherry crumble
How to cook Cherry crumble:

INGREDIENTS
80g (2/3 cup) flour 80g (2/3 cup) almond flour 70g (4 tbsp) butter 75g (1/3 cup) sugar Lemon zest Pinch of salt 450g (2 cups) cherries 30g (2 tbsp) sugar
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, add flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Mix well. Add lemon zest and spread the mixture on baking paper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Mix cherries with sugar and lemon zest.
- Arrange the cherries in three bowls and put the resulting flour mixture on them.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
