Cherry crumble

INGREDIENTS

80g (2/3 cup) flour 80g (2/3 cup) almond flour 70g (4 tbsp) butter 75g (1/3 cup) sugar Lemon zest Pinch of salt 450g (2 cups) cherries 30g (2 tbsp) sugar

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, add flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Mix well. Add lemon zest and spread the mixture on baking paper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix cherries with sugar and lemon zest.
  3. Arrange the cherries in three bowls and put the resulting flour mixture on them.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
