- SPICY RED CHILLI POWDER | 1 TSP
- CUMIN POWDER 1 TSP
- TURMERIC POWDER A PINCH
- GARAM MASALA 1 TSP
- BLACK SALT 1 TSP
- CORIANDER POWDER 1 TSP
- LEMON JUICE 1 TSP
- SALT TO TASTE

- JAGGERY 1 TSP
- CUMIN POWDER 1 TSP
- BLACK SALT 1 TSP
- GARLIC 5-6 CLOVES
- SALT TO TASTE
- WATER AS REQUIRED

- FRESH CORIANDER 1 CUP PACKED PACKED
- MINT 1/2 CUP PACKED

- ANARDANA POWDER 2 TSP
