INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Gram Flour

Roast In Low Flame
Roast For 5 Min.
Strain

  • Β½ Cup Ghee

Mix Well

  • Β½ Cup Sugar
  • ΒΌ Cup Water

Let It Boil
Cook In 1 Min. String Consistency
Add Gram Flour
Cook In Low Flame
Cook Until Separate From The Pan

  • 5 Inch Mould Grease Oil
Place a Baking Paper Pour
Pour
Cool Down
Cut Into Pieces
