Stuffed cheesy cutlets
INGREDIENTS
4 slices of lean beef 4 slices of cheese 4 slices of baked ham 2 eggs Breadcrumbs Oil for frying
METHOD
- Take the slices of meat and place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham in the center of each, making sure that a little free edge remains.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg, overlap with the other half of the meat, and close them by pressing well.
- Pass the meat into the beaten eggs and then into the breadcrumbs.
- Fry it in a pan when the oil is hot making sure that they take on a nice golden color on both sides.
