Stuffed cheesy cutlets


4 slices of lean beef 4 slices of cheese 4 slices of baked ham 2 eggs Breadcrumbs Oil for frying


  1. Take the slices of meat and place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham in the center of each, making sure that a little free edge remains.
  2. Brush the edges with beaten egg, overlap with the other half of the meat, and close them by pressing well.
  3. Pass the meat into the beaten eggs and then into the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry it in a pan when the oil is hot making sure that they take on a nice golden color on both sides.
