This bread (although in our case it is more biscuit, probably) is done with citrus juice. However, you can safely replace it with berries juice, there will be a completely different taste and color. You can leave bread in a container for 5 days and it will not stale at all, thanks to the recipe. The texture is friable, moist and fragrant. I am sure that many people will consider this dish as a crown one. Especially as it prepares quickly. A good script for the guests.
