If you are supporters of unusual breakfasts (especially if it is a day off), then for sure you have tried pancakes, omelets, scrambled eggs with bacon and so on in a circle. I want to share another good recipe for a morning snack, which is rather interesting and, I guess, interesting in a combination of tastes. Corn fritters are such puffy pancakes with corn, I serve them with bits of crispy bacon and avocado paste.


Ingredients

Sweet corn 670 g

Whole wheat flour 100 g

Sugar 2 tbsp

Brown sugar 1 tbsp

Salt - to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Milk 50-100 ml

Avocado 1 pcs

Bacon 4 pcs
