Shakshuka is a dish of eggs fried in a vegetable sauce with spices. Homeland of Shakshuka is Tunisia, now this dish is part of the cuisine of Israel, Azerbaijan and many Arab countries. Traditionally it is served for breakfast with bread, lavash or pita. For preparation of classical Shakshuka necessarily use ground zircon, it gives a dish a special taste and aroma.
