Tasty and fresh smoked pink salmon and cucumber salad will be perfectly suitable for a light dinner. For preparation of dressing we will use natural yogurt with neutral taste, at the request it is possible to replace it with low-fat sour cream. The saturated smoked taste of red fish is well combined with a fresh cucumber, greenery and juicy dressing, leaving pleasant aftertaste. This salad can be used as daily and as a festive dish. The recipe can be varied with adding of boiled eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cubes of sheep cheese or slices of hard cheese.
