Today I suggest preparing the zucchini stuffed with chicken and vegetables. The vegetables baked under a cheese crust turn out especially tasty and fragrant. For a stuffing I suggest to use boiled chicken fillet, it can be prepared in advance. At will meat can be fried together with vegetables.

Chicken fillet 300 g

Cheese 150 g

Carrot 1 pcs

Onion 1 pcs

Garlic 2-3 clove

Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Seasoning for chicken 0.5 tsp
