This soup is a find for hostesses who need to feed the family with a hot lunch quickly and well. For the recipe it is best to use homemade dumplings made with chicken or pork-beef mince. But small soup dumplings from the store will also do. We will also need several potatoes, carrots, onions, fresh greenery and spices to prepare the soup. To make the dish more nutritious, soup with dumplings can be prepared on the basis of chicken or meat broth. If desired, a small slice of butter and a spoon of sour cream can be added to each portion of soup before serving.
