Today I offer you a recipe for juicy, fragrant and golden brown whole chicken, roasted in the bag in the oven. The finished poultry dish is very tasty and appetizing. Homemade oven bag chicken is great for the festive table and will become its decoration. The secret of preparing a festive dish is a good marinade and a baking bag. It is very important to marinate chicken for at least 4 hours, during this time it must be turned over several times so that the meat is evenly soaked with spices. To prepare the marinade, I used a ready-made mixture of chicken spices. It includes the following ingredients: red sweet pepper, turmeric, coriander, nutmeg, ginger, chili and dried vegetables. You can also use ready-made seasoning or collect seasonings to your wishes.
