Homemade oven bag chicken is great for the festive table and will become its decoration. The secret of preparing a festive dish is a good marinade and a baking bag. It is very important to marinate chicken for at least 4 hours, during this time it must be turned over several times so that the meat is evenly soaked with spices. To prepare the marinade, I used a ready-made mixture of chicken spices. It includes the following ingredients: red sweet pepper, turmeric, coriander, nutmeg, ginger, chili and dried vegetables. You can also use ready-made seasoning or collect seasonings to your wishes.
