Today we will cook a simple home pastry which is easy to make and has been familiar to many of you since childhood. I like the combination of flavours in this cake that is sweet shortcrust with sour currant jam. It is incredibly delicious.


Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 2 glass

Butter 200 g

Egg 1 pcs

Dough loosener 2 tsp

Milk 3 tbsp

Sugar 4 tbsp

Salt 1 pinch

Fruit jam - to taste
