Let’s cook for lunch a delicious, hearty and bright dish in all respects - cabbage soup (kapustnyak) from fresh cabbage with millet. This is a very tasty cabbage soup, which, in my opinion, is great for warming on cold winter days. It can be prepared for fast menu or on chicken or meat broth. There are many cabbage soup recipes, it all depends on the region and traditions. Often cabbage soup is prepared with sour cabbage or a combination of sour and fresh cabbage is used. Some hostesses season cabbage with crushed garlic and lard, add smoked meat to the soup and tomato paste. Today I propose to prepare another delicious version of fresh cabbage soup with millet. It turns out to be a very tasty and fragrant dish for the whole family.
