Breakfast pizza with eggs, salami and bell pepper will be an excellent snack option for children and adults. For the pizza base, we will use classic yeast dough on water with the addition of olive oil. The dough is soft and airy, it rises well during baking and remains soft for a long time. The filling for pizza will be salami, bell pepper, red onions, mozzarella and eggs. I used chicken egg yolks, also quail eggs are good for pizza, they can be used whole. From the remaining egg whites , meringue cookies with nuts or Pavlova dessert can be prepared. From the indicated number of ingredients, I got 8 serving pizzas with a diameter of 12 cm, if desired, you can prepare 2 large pizzas with a diameter of 28-30 cm.
